About me

In a fast and ever-changing world that demands quick decision making and adaptability, I have always felt inclined toward slowing down and moving intentionally. Being a massage therapist allows me to work compassionately with my own nervous system, bringing more ease and fluidity into my life so that I can gently encourage my client and their nervous system to do the same. My work is both physical and energetic, beginning with a deeply held care and understanding for everything it takes to be a functioning person in our society. There are levels and layers to this, as not all bodies are treated equally in our world. My work is trauma-informed and I aim to provide each client and their body with the same love and intention that I would give to myself.

Beyond the physical benefits of therapeutic massage, a session with me fosters a space for deep connection to self as well as a healing experience with a compassionate human. I welcome all bodies to my table, and my ultimate goal is to create a safe and attuned session for anyone who decides to work with me.

I am a queer, white transmasculine therapist with a range of experience working with fat-bodied, queer, BIPOC, disabled folks, etc. All body types and identities are more than welcome.
